About Ishita Sengupta — Founder of Vedicwibes
Bridging Ancient Wisdom with Modern Living
Hi, I’m Ishita Sengupta — an Ayurvedic wellness guide and the founder of Vedicwibes. I help people reconnect with their inner balance through time-tested Vedic practices, tailored for the modern lifestyle.
My Journey into Ayurveda
Growing up in India, I was always surrounded by natural healing practices, grandma’s herbal remedies, and seasonal routines rooted in ancient traditions. But it wasn’t until I faced my own wellness challenges that I truly turned to Ayurveda — not just as a system of health, but as a way of life.
Over the years, I studied its principles, experimented with its rituals, and saw the transformation not just in myself, but in those around me. That’s when Vedicwibes was born — as a bridge between ancient Indian knowledge and the fast-paced modern world, especially for those who feel disconnected from their natural rhythm.
What I Bring to Your Wellness Journey
I’m not a doctor or a certified wellness coach. I’m a 52-year-old woman who has seen life in all its richness — the highs, the lows, the burnouts, and the quiet victories.
My understanding of wellness isn’t just something I read in books — it’s something I’ve lived. Over the years, I’ve gently aligned my life with ancient Ayurvedic principles, simplified routines, and seasonal rituals that truly work — even in the modern world.
Through Vedicwibes, I now share what I’ve experienced and refined over decades — not as a guru, but as a companion on the path to balance.
Here’s what I bring to the table:
30+ years of self-practice in Ayurvedic living
Deep personal insights into Dinacharya (daily rhythms), seasonal balance, and holistic lifestyle
A relatable voice — I’ve walked the same path as many of my clients
Clarity without jargon — I make ancient knowledge easy to understand and apply
A heart-centered approach rooted in listening, observing, and guiding gently
A warm space for those who are overwhelmed, stressed, or simply seeking better alignment
“My guidance doesn’t come from textbooks, it comes from trying, failing, learning, and living mindfully for over five decades.”
What I Stand For

Simplicity over too much complexity
Ayurveda doesn’t have to be overwhelming.

Consistency over perfection seeker
Small changes can lead to big shifts in well being.

Connection over consumption
Wellness is about aligning with your natural self.

Empowerment through knowledge
I’m here to educate, not to share unrealistic guidelines
Why I Created Vedicwibes
I created Vedicwibes to make ancient Ayurvedic wisdom easy to understand, simple to practice, and deeply relevant to people — especially middle-aged individuals navigating modern life with growing stress, health issues, and disconnection.
Through curated content, personalized guidance, and products rooted in time-tested principles, I want to help people feel better, live slower, and reconnect with themselves — one ritual at a time.
